Refund Policy - Chockie Bakehouse
Postal Orders: Due to the nature of our products, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on food items.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Uncollected Items: If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, resulting in its return, we can't offer a refund or replacement.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please provide a photo of the defect for us to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to process your claim.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@chockiebakehouse.com. If your return is accepted, we will issue next steps via email.
